Nek Hickmon was born and Raised in South Carolina. She's the mother of 4 and married her high school sweetheart. Nek has been reading urban fiction ever since she discovered a Zane book in the 9th grade and has been hooked ever since. Over the course of years she's always been a writer but never took it serious. She just knew she had a hidden talent nobody knew of until she entered a contest on Facebook and everybody that was a publisher told her to get signed and publish a book. Nek has been in the urban industry since 2015 but now she has started over and bringing out new material under Leo Sullivan Presents giving everybody a piece of her imagination one book at a time.
